How do I upgrade shipping?
Our standard shipping method is FedEx or UPS Ground with normal delivery within 10 business days of order.

After an item has been added to the "Shopping Basket", you may select the shipping method. Upgrade shipping methods are available and will be found in a drop down under the shipping method heading. All shipping charges will display in checkout on the "Submit Order" page. Please note that shipping upgrades may not be available for all addresses.

International sales
Unfortunately, we are not set up to sell or ship to end-consumers out of the US. Find a dealer overseas.

Should you need to return a product to us
A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. To receive a RMA number, please call: 1-800-698-SOMA ext. 2. We are available by phone Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM Pacific Time.

We'll provide the appropriate address and ask that you return it to us postage prepaid and insured via parcel post or UPS. Naturally any returned products must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories and materials.

Be sure to clearly identify the RMA number on the outside of the box, near the shipping label so that our receiving department will easily see it.

If you shop for soundmatters products and place your orders directly through soundmatters or soundmatters.com, any personal information that you share with is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.
